Warranty Repairs
All units come with one year factory warranty including parts and labor.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
There is a US$85/hour bench fee (US$45 for pedals) for out-of-warranty repairs, plus the cost of parts.
Sending Your Unit For Repair
1. Obtain a Repair Authorization Number.

2. Complete the Demeter Amplification Repair Form, including your Repair Authorization Number, your contact information, product details, and details of the problem(s) you are experiencing. Neglecting to include any of this information will delay your repair.
3. Ship the unit back to the shop with a completed Demeter Amplification Repair Form. All shipping costs for out-of-warranty repairs are paid by the customer. Under warranty, we pay shipping costs to return the repaired unit to you.
